Terrace Management Group has been asked to act in the capacity of the Prime Contractor to walk with the client in relation to the Design, Engineering, Pre‐Construction Planning, Tender & Budget Preparation, construction implementation and closeout of this apartment. This includes supervision of all responsibilities associated with the execution in relation to construction, subtrade activity and site supervision.
