Over the course of his career, Brian Trevelyan has been connected to the construction and development industries for 25 years. He has been an integral part of multiple companies, maintaining leadership over a large project portfolio of over $950M within the commercial, residential, multi-family and land development sectors.
With a belief in a collaborative, highly relational, process-oriented approach to his work, Brian utilizes many years of field experience to bridge the gap between all parties. This encourages open and direct conversation with clients to align their organization and stakeholders with their projects. Brian’s leadership experience started in the field for many years learning the value of hard work, then moved into the office and forward into management of several simultaneous projects across multiple sectors. His success has grown from direct involvement in planning to design and development of housing subdivisions, land packages, multi-family developments, renovations, and new ground up construction. He prides himself in an ability to understand the complexity of leading projects, collaborating as a member of a project team, or demonstrating the expertise required to execute any project or program. Jaylen Trevelyan is an Edmonton-based Project Coordinator with Terrace Construction Development. Having been around construction much of his life, he brings a practical, field-informed perspective to day-to-day coordination, planning, and problem-solving. Jaylen has completed the Construction Engineering Technology (CET) credential and supports project teams with document control, meeting minutes, RFI and submittal tracking, schedule updates, and day-to-day communication across consultants, trades, and owner representatives.
He is proficient with Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel, helping keep project information accurate, organized, and moving on time. With experience spanning civil, mechanical, and commercial construction environments, Jaylen understands how field realities connect to administrative requirements—supporting smoother workflows, clearer expectations, and better follow-through.
Known for calm, dependable execution and clear updates, Jaylen maintains a safety-first mindset and a strong attention to detail.



Over the course of his career, James D. Henry has established himself as a strategic, results-driven operations and project management professional with over a decade of experience supporting logistics, field execution, and construction coordination in fast-paced environments. He is recognized for a hands-on leadership style built on accountability, clear communication, and practical problem-solving, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes.
With a belief in organized, collaborative, process-oriented delivery, James brings structure to projects through disciplined coordination, scheduling, and documentation management. Over the course of his career, Patrick Clancy has built a strong reputation as a Site Superintendent across commercial, industrial, and residential construction, with hands-on capability in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing systems. He brings an organized, detail-driven approach to site leadership, with advanced problem-solving skills and a strong working knowledge of building codes and OSHA requirements. Patrick is well-versed in equipment and supply procurement, is capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with multi-worker crews, and leads with a practical, team-first mindset grounded in direct field experience and accountability.
With a belief in clear communication, trade alignment, and disciplined site execution, Patrick focuses on driving schedule certainty, quality control, and safety performance on every project. His experience includes leading trade meetings, managing scheduling (including the use of Microsoft Project), coordinating scopes and progress, and ensuring trade accountability—such as signing off and holding back on invoices based on scope completion. He is recognized for balancing production demands with safety expectations, including the willingness to call boundaries early and secure buy-in from trades to maintain site standards.
Patrick is also known for stepping into challenging situations and restoring control. A senior leader noted that he “saved” a project when the schedule was going off the rails, taking over work with a poor plan and significant issues, then turning it around so delays were corrected—followed by a subsequent project that was completed on time and under budget. He takes pride in building properly, minimizing deficiencies, and running an organized site that delivers measurable results.



Over the course of his career, Kyle Engebretson has developed a strong reputation as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and site leader with extensive hands-on experience across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional construction. With more than 15 years in the industry, he has worked as both a foreman and junior superintendent, delivering projects with precision, discipline, and a deep commitment to quality workmanship. Kyle’s comprehensive field background—ranging from foundations and framing to interior finishing, concrete work, and complex structural detailing—allows him to bridge engineered designs with real-world construction requirements.
With a belief in organized, practical, and highly collaborative project delivery, Kyle coordinates and directs subtrades, monitors site safety, ensures adherence to project budgets and schedules, and maintains clear communication with project managers, coordinators, engineers, and client teams. He is known for his ability to interpret drawings accurately, manage day-to-day site operations, and maintain disciplined control over material procurement, equipment scheduling, and quality assurance. His training includes Leadership for Safety Excellence, OH&S legislation, Prime Contractor certification, and multiple safety and equipment certificates—reinforcing a work style rooted in safe, accountable execution.

Over the course of his career, Jackson Fisk has built a focused practice supporting construction organizations with practical, field-aligned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) leadership. As the Health & Safety Advisor, Jackson brings a collaborative, process-oriented approach to safety management that is designed to simplify compliance and strengthen performance regardless of project type, location, or operating complexity. His work is rooted in understanding how crews operate in the field, then translating that reality into clear standards, reliable processes, and consistent implementation that improves outcomes and reduces risk.
With an emphasis on relationship-driven support, Jackson provides dedicated HSE consulting in a hybrid format tailored to project needs—combining on-site safety inspections and coaching with program development and systems support. His ongoing consulting services include reviewing and updating the company safety manual (building out policies and processes at ownership approval), completing regular onsite safety inspections with documented improvement recommendations, and serving as a liaison between project management and the ownership group to keep safety updates, expectations, and implementation aligned.
Jackson also provides guidance and implementation support toward achieving COR status, including education on COR compliance requirements and PIR programs, and coaching on the roles and considerations of certifying partners. When required, he delivers training to internal staff on safety management activities and supports optional services such as additional consulting hours and, safety/HSE training along with onboarding assistance and automation.
